This data reflects that smaller institutions are less conceptually, logistically, and technologically able to prepare for the contingency planning needed for the new academic year in this extremely fluid and challenging environment. This high a number of colleges planning a "same as usual" approach for the fall will only increase the financial risk and viability of these smaller institutions during and after this crisis.
